3. User Eligibility
The Application ("App") is exclusively designed for utilization by individuals who have attained the minimum age of 18 years. By accessing and using the App, you hereby affirm and guarantee that you satisfy this stipulated age prerequisite.
4. Account Confidentiality and Responsibility
Confidentiality
You are solely responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of your account credentials, including but not limited to your username and password.
Liability
You acknowledge and agree that you are liable for all activities associated with your account, whether authorized by you or not. It is your responsibility to promptly notify Doctor Ack of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
Accurate Information
During the account registration process, you must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. You understand that providing false or misleading information may result in the suspension or termination of your account and access to the App.
5. Account Creation Process
Visit the Registration Page
To create an account, visit the App's registration page or follow the provided account creation process within the App.
Provide Required Information
Fill out the required fields on the registration form, which may include, but is not limited to:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Password
- Date of Birth
- Gender
Account Verification
Depending on our verification process, you may need to verify your email address by clicking on a verification link sent to the provided email.
Set Username
Choose a unique username for your account.
Profile Setup (if applicable)
You may have the option to upload a profile picture and configure your notification preferences.
Accept Terms
Review and accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Complete Registration
Once you have filled out the necessary information and agreed to the terms, submit your registration. Your account will be created, and you can begin using the App.
6. User Conduct
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You further agree to:

Abide by content guidelines set forth by the App, including refraining from posting or sharing offensive, abusive, defamatory, or inappropriate content.

Respect intellectual property rights by not using, copying, or distributing copyrighted materials, trademarks, or other intellectual property without proper authorization.
No Spam
Do not engage in spamming, including sending unsolicited messages, promotional materials, or any form of junk or irrelevant content to other users.
Harassment
Refrain from engaging in any form of harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior towards other users, including but not limited to race, gender, religion, or sexual orientation.
Commercial Use
Do not use the App for commercial purposes, such as advertising or promoting products or services, unless explicitly permitted by the App's terms and conditions.
Reporting
Report any suspicious or unethical behavior, security vulnerabilities, or violations of these user conduct guidelines to the App administrators promptly.
Cooperation with Investigations
Cooperate fully with any investigations conducted by the App administrators or legal authorities in cases of suspected misconduct or violation of laws.
Security
Ensure the security of your own account and devices to prevent unauthorized access or use of the App.
7. Community Guidelines for Interaction
In addition to the clinic-client interaction guidelines, we also encourage all users to follow these community guidelines to foster a respectful and supportive environment:
Respect Diversity
Embrace diversity and respect individuals from different backgrounds, cultures, and beliefs.
No Discrimination
Discrimination, harassment, or hate speech of any kind will not be tolerated.
Civility
Engage in civil and respectful discourse. Disagreements can be discussed politely.
No Misinformation
Do not share false or misleading information, especially related to healthcare.
Safety First
Report any inappropriate behavior or content promptly to our platform administrators.
Adherence to Laws
Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and our platform's terms of use.
Maintain Security
Keep your account credentials secure and report any suspicious activity.
8. Booking Appointments
8.1. Appointment Booking Service
The App offers a platform for the scheduling of appointments at cosmetic/aesthetic medical centers. These appointments are subject to the terms and conditions established by the individual medical centers. By utilizing this appointment booking service, you explicitly acknowledge and consent to comply with the policies and prerequisites set forth by the respective medical centers.
8.2. Process of Booking Appointments
Selection
To book an appointment, users are required to access the App and select their preferred medical center.
Availability
Users can review the available appointment slots and select a date and time that best suits their schedule.
Payment
Users are expected to complete the payment for the appointment through the App's secure payment gateway. The App will handle the processing of payment and provide confirmation of the booking upon successful payment.
Confirmation
Once payment is confirmed, the appointment is booked, and users will receive a confirmation notification via the App, email, or SMS, depending on the App's communication methods.
8.3. Payment Handling
Secure Payment
The App employs secure payment processing methods to facilitate payments for appointments. Users' financial information is handled with utmost security in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
Payment Records
Users can access their payment records within the App to review transaction details and receipts.
8.4. Medical Center Policies
Compliance
Users are expected to comply with all policies, requirements, and regulations stipulated by the chosen medical center, including but not limited to appointment duration, pre-appointment instructions, and any additional terms and conditions.
Communication
Users may use the App's communication features to contact the medical center for any specific inquiries or requirements related to their appointment.
9. Client Responsibilities
Treatment Selection
The selection of a specific medical center, treatment, or healthcare provider is entirely the client's responsibility. The App does not endorse or recommend any particular clinic or treatment.
Informed Decisions
Clients are responsible for making informed decisions regarding their healthcare choices, including treatment options and providers. The App does not provide medical advice or guidance.
Verification
Clients should independently verify the credentials, qualifications, and reputation of medical centers and healthcare providers before booking appointments.
Inquiries
Clients are encouraged to communicate directly with the selected medical center to address any questions or concerns regarding treatments, costs, or scheduling.
Medical History
It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate and complete medical history information to the selected medical center to ensure safe and effective treatments.
Appointment Review
Clients should carefully review the details of booked appointments, including date, time, and location, to ensure accuracy.
Compliance
Clients are responsible for adhering to all policies, guidelines, and requirements set forth by the chosen medical center, both before and during appointments.
Payment
Clients are responsible for completing payment for appointments through the App's secure payment gateway as per the chosen medical center's pricing.
Feedback
Clients are encouraged to provide constructive feedback about their experiences with medical centers to help improve the overall quality of the App's services. However, any concerns or disputes with medical services should be addressed directly with the respective medical center.
10. Clinic Responsibilities
Professionalism
Maintain the highest level of professionalism in all interactions with clients, treating them with respect, empathy, and courtesy.
Accurate Information
Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding services, qualifications, pricing, and appointment availability through the App.
Timely Response
Respond promptly to client inquiries, appointment requests, and messages through the App. Timely communication is crucial in healthcare.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Protect the privacy and confidentiality of client information, adhering to all applicable data protection regulations and best practices.
Informed Consent
Ensure that clients fully understand the proposed treatment, its risks, and benefits, and obtain their informed consent before proceeding with any medical procedures.
Appointment Scheduling
Facilitate easy appointment scheduling and provide clear instructions to clients for preparation, such as fasting or medication restrictions.
Payment Transparency
Clearly communicate all fees, payment methods, and billing procedures to clients, avoiding any hidden or unexpected charges.
Emergency Contact
Provide clear instructions on how clients can reach the clinic in case of emergencies or urgent medical concerns through the App.
Security Measures
Implement security measures to protect client data and ensure the secure handling of financial transactions conducted through the App.
Feedback and Improvement
Encourage client feedback and use it to improve the quality of services provided by the clinic, responding constructively to client concerns.
Compliance with Laws
Operate in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards in the provision of healthcare services through the App.
Technology Proficiency
Maintain proficiency in the use of the App's technology to ensure seamless interaction with clients and efficient appointment management.
Emergency Preparedness
Have clear procedures in place for handling medical emergencies that may arise during appointments, ensuring client safety.
Continual Learning
Stay updated on advancements in medical practices, treatments, and healthcare regulations to provide clients with the most current and effective care.
11. Client (Patient) Representation and Warranty
Independent Decision-Making
The client acknowledges that the App does not compel or influence them to make any specific healthcare decisions. They represent and warrant that all healthcare choices, including the selection of medical centers and treatments, are made independently and in their best interest.
Verification of Details
The client is responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of all information provided by medical centers, healthcare providers, and the App regarding services, qualifications, pricing, and appointment availability. They understand that they should exercise due diligence in assessing such information.
Informed Consent
The client represents and warrants that they will seek and obtain informed consent from healthcare providers for any medical procedures, treatments, or interventions. They understand the importance of thoroughly discussing risks, benefits, and alternatives with healthcare providers.
Compliance with Clinic Policies
The client agrees to comply with all policies, guidelines, and requirements established by the chosen medical center when booking and attending appointments through the App. They acknowledge that adherence to these policies is their responsibility.
12. Clinic (Healthcare Provider) Representation and Warranty
Qualification and Credentials
The clinic represents and warrants that it possesses the necessary qualifications, certifications, licenses, and degrees required to offer healthcare services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. All healthcare providers affiliated with the clinic meet the appropriate educational and professional qualifications.
Medical Equipment and Facilities
The clinic assures that it maintains the essential medical equipment, facilities, and infrastructure required to deliver healthcare services effectively, safely, and in compliance with industry standards.
Authorization and Compliance
The clinic represents and warrants that it has obtained all necessary authorizations, licenses, and approvals from relevant health authorities and regulatory bodies to operate and offer healthcare services. It is in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing healthcare provision.
Professional Standards
The clinic is committed to upholding the highest professional and ethical standards in healthcare delivery. It assures that its healthcare providers adhere to codes of conduct and ethics as prescribed by relevant medical boards and professional organizations.
Continual Education
The clinic acknowledges the importance of ongoing education and professional development for its healthcare providers. It invests in ensuring that its staff stays updated with the latest medical advancements and practices.
Quality Assurance
The clinic is dedicated to maintaining and continuously improving the quality of healthcare services provided. It implements quality assurance measures, including regular audits and assessments, to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
13. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property presented or made available through the App are the exclusive property of DoctorAck or its licensors and are safeguarded by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content or intellectual property found on the App is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
14. Termination
14.1. Termination by DoctorAck
DoctorAck retains the sole discretion to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, for any reason, and with or without prior notice. Such termination or suspension may occur under the following circumstances:
Breach of Terms
In the event of a breach or violation of these Terms and Conditions, DoctorAck may terminate your access to the App.
Legal Compliance
DoctorAck may terminate your access if it is required to do so to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or government orders.
Disruption or Misconduct
If your use of the App disrupts its operation, threatens the security of other users, or involves any fraudulent, abusive, or malicious conduct, DoctorAck may terminate your access.
Non-Payment
Failure to meet financial obligations related to the use of premium features, services, or products on the App may result in termination of access.
Inactivity
DoctorAck may, at its discretion, terminate or suspend access to the App due to extended periods of inactivity.
14.2. Effect of Termination
Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms and Conditions will cease immediately. You are obligated to cease using the App and any associated services.
14.3. Data and Information
Termination of access may result in the loss of access to your account and related data. It is your responsibility to retrieve any necessary data or information from your account before termination.
14.4. Survival of Provisions
Termination of access shall not affect the enforceability or survival of provisions related to intellectual property rights, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, or any other provisions that, by their nature, should survive termination.
15. Limitation of Liability
15.1. General Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, DoctorAck, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use or inability to use the App or its services.
- Any unauthorized access to or use of the App's secure servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
- Any errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or any content displayed or accessed through the App.
- Any unauthorized access to or use of the App by any third party.
- Any unauthorized access to or use of your data or information, whether due to breaches of security or otherwise.
15.2. No Responsibility for User Conduct
DoctorAck shall not be responsible or liable for any conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of the App, including clients and clinics. DoctorAck is a facilitator linking clients and clinics and does not endorse, control, or assume any responsibility for the actions, omissions, or conduct of any user.
15.3. No Medical or Legal Advice
DoctorAck does not provide medical, legal, or professional advice, and the use of the App does not create a professional relationship. Any decisions made by clients or clinics based on information obtained through the App are the sole responsibility of the respective parties.
15.4. Independent Decision-Making
Clients and clinics acknowledge that they independently evaluate and select healthcare services and providers. DoctorAck does not endorse or recommend any specific clinic, treatment, or healthcare provider.
15.5. Force Majeure
DoctorAck shall not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or unforeseeable technical issues.
15.6. Total Liability
In no event shall DoctorAck's total liability, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for access to or use of the App or its services.
15.7. Applicability
This limitation of liability clause shall apply regardless of whether a claim arises under contract, tort, strict liability, or any other theory of liability and even if DoctorAck has been advised of the possibility of such damages or losses.
15.8. Confidential Data Responsibility
It is expressly understood and agreed that the responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality and security of client data and any other confidential information rests solely with the clinic (healthcare provider) and not with DoctorAck. In the event of any breach or unauthorized access to confidential data originating from the clinic's actions or negligence, the clinic shall bear full responsibility for such breaches, including any legal or regulatory consequences.
16. Indemnification
16.1. Client's (Patient's) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold DoctorAck, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use of the App or its services.
- Your breach of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws or regulations.
- Your violation of any rights of third parties, including but not limited to other users, clinics, or healthcare providers.
- Any content you generate, submit, or transmit through the App.
16.2. Clinic's (Healthcare Provider's) Indemnification
Clinics and healthcare providers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold DoctorAck, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with:
- The provision of healthcare services or treatment through the App.
- Breach of any obligations or representations made to clients or other users.
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws or regulations.
- Any content generated, submitted, or transmitted through the App on behalf of the clinic or healthcare provider.
17. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
18. Changes to Terms
DoctorAck reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
