REFUND POLICY

- If you decide to cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment time, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Refunds for cancellations within this timeframe will be processed promptly, and the amount will be returned to the original payment method used during the booking.
- 2. No-Shows and Cancellations after the 24-hour Period
- In cases of no-shows or cancellations made after the 24-hour window before the scheduled appointment, you are required to seek clinic approval for a refund.
- To request a refund in such cases, please contact our clinic's customer service team at support@doctorack.com as soon as possible. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
- The approval of refunds for no-shows or late cancellations will be at the sole discretion of the app. We consider various factors, including the reason for the cancellation and our appointment availability.
- If your refund request is approved, the refund amount will be processed in a timely manner, and the funds will be returned to the original payment method used during the booking.
- 3. Special Circumstances
- In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies, we understand that last-minute cancellations may occur. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
- DoctorAck will assess these situations individually and may provide refunds or reschedule appointments based on the specific circumstances
- 4. Rescheduling PolicyCustomers who wish to reschedule their appointments are encouraged to do so with as much advance notice as possible.
- Rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours prior to the original appointment time will be accommodated without any additional charges.
- In the event that rescheduling is required within the 24-hour period before the scheduled appointment, customers are requested to contact our clinic's customer service team at support@doctorack.com.
- DOCTORACK will assess rescheduling requests within this timeframe on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration appointment availability and clinic resources.
- Customers are responsible for any price differences that may apply due to changes in appointment type or duration when rescheduling.
- Refunds for rescheduled appointments will follow the same process as outlined in sections 2 and 4 of this refund policy.
